In this free Music Publishing 101 Workshop on July 26, at 4:00 p.m. EST/1:00 p.m. PST,  Spencer LeBoff will cover the components of a song, explain what publishers do, the function of a PRO (performing rights organization), common publishing deal structures, and more.

Spencer is a Sr. Director of A&R at BMG Music Publishing. Since joining the team in 2018, he has signed artists and songwriters like New West, Mazie, Blake Harnage (Tate McRae), Cash Cash, Trackside (Selena Gomez. DJ Snake), Kevin Thrasher (Travis Barker, MGK) and more. Prior to BMG, Spencer worked in A&R at Warner Brothers Records where he worked with Dua Lipa, Bebe Rexha, and Gallant. Spencer specializes in music publishing, A&R, deal negotiations, business management, contracts, copyright law, artist/client relations, artist development and touring.
